Beautiful Krip, the Platinum Cake is a looker for sure. She sure digs your set up. That's why I grow so many strains and only keep the ones that thrive in my set up. Look at how shiny the PC leaves are still verses the OE. The bubba looks on point as well and I don't think you have 3 more weeks on that one, I'd say you could take her in 1 or 2 at the most. I wouldn't take it past 10 weeks from flip. Are her leaves turning colors? That's my key she's in the window.

I agree 420%! I culled the OE a couple of months ago and have no plans to grow her again anytime soon with all the other strains that just thrive in the kit.

You're correct on the Bubba Hash and that's good to know about the color change!

I think Ace said 9 weeks on the BBH and 10 weeks on the OE. IHG says 8 weeks on the PCake. I usually add a week to the breeder's estimates and, it seems, I just mis-calculated everything in that last post and 70 days would be my target for the BBH's.

The real estimates should be just over two weeks on the OE, just over a week on the BBH, and just about a week on the PCake!

The BBK's haven't started changing, yet.

DAY #66/58 OF 12/12 - QUICK UPDATE & PIC DUMP!

Well, this is the update that almost never happened! Got the "blue screen of death" when booting the PC and took quite some time to get everything worked out.

I'm gonna try to harvest the three Bubba Hash plants and the Platinum Cake all this weekend. It's a lot of work, but the trimmer makes a quick job of it, so I should be able to get it all done.

The KIND XL1000 is definitely a "solid" unit! It would take a few more grows for me to really get the light dialed in right for the space, but the Bubbas are like baseball bats with fat & frosty colas that have close the three feet of dense nugs, so it definitely performs.

The Platinum Cake is probably only gonna yield a couple of ounces, but it's some of the frostiest nuggets I've grown. Considering she had very little veg time I'm pretty happy with the results, especially since she was added late to replace the male Orient Express; and those gorgeous PCake nugs, though not bountiful, are a helluva lot better than the empty spot that would have otherwise been there!

Yeah, I setup a dual boot so I can boot into Windows 7 or Ubuntu, but I need to have things like Skype up for business, so I tend to spend all my time in Windows

Just have to go into it and disable all that stuff.
When my comp. guy installed mine he mentioned that spy stuff too but easily disabled it all for me.
You have to know how though . and i didn't , so was glad he mentioned it and turned all that off.Cheers eh.

That's just the stuff the allow you to turn off! There are many articles out there on the privacy issues with Windows 10 using even the minimum/base settings. Here's one:

BUBBA HASH & PLATINUM CAKE PRE-HARVEST PICS

Today is day #70 of 12/12 on the three Bubba Hash plants and day #63 of 12/12 on the Platinum Cake and I'm gonna try to harvest all four plants tomorrow and leave the Orient Express another week.

The smell on the BBH's is really awesome - just like hash!

I haven't gotten a good smell on the PCake, yet, since it's in the back of the tent and I've been lazy, but, the looks are nothing short of impressive.

I am going to try to get some more pics later tonight, but in case something comes up, I wanted to make sure to get some pre-harvest pics of the BBH's & PCake up today, so here ya' go!:

That was my first reaction, too!

At the beach, they handed me the joint they'd been smoking and asked me what I thought. I took a good long smoky draw, letting it swirl around my nose ... and exhaled ... and said ... hashy! Blond Lebanese hash from the old days!
