Turns out I wasn't just seeing what I wanted to see with Jacinda. The temps have gotten low enough that it's interfering with P absorption.

Ebony has purple calyxes

And Jacinda is being affected by the cold night temps

Things are bright and sunny again. Still fairly cool temps, but warm enough during the day.
