It certainly is a step in the right direction LCF. Thank you!

There will likely be legal challenges as the law is still very flawed. They expect users of cannabis to either grow their own or share their weed for free! That's not very practical and it opens the doors to corruption, which is already rife in government. Sentences are draconian for cannabis "crimes". It certainly seems that the government are going to set up cannabis monopolies with preferential procurement procedures that favour their pals. I know that the Chinese at one stage had a large investment proposal for the Eastern Cape region, which is arguably where one of the most active indigenous grower population exists, who have survived on cannabis economy for generations.

We still have a way to go to cannabis liberation.
