Oh i dont have to wait! IT def got a Bit worse (Not that Bad but you can See the difference and the same leaf too) 1.pic before and 2. After

nutrient burn at new growth tips, check pH first run off when watering to overflow

I'd still wait a few more days to get a better diagnosis, because yellow is an early symptom of a lot of different issues.

And runoff pH is meaningless unless you're actually performing a pour-through pH test according to the specific instructions given for those tests.
