Look for older genetics. Maybe try gentics from holland. Not discrediting US breeders but these guys have been doing it for over half a century and its likely the genetics youre looking for have found their way there

These 2 plants were both pretty small. 3/4 oz from one and 1.25oz from the other. Breeder is unknown. They were freebies from Seed Supreme. Stayed healthy the whole run, just a bit small

Im currently smoking a fat dooby of purple stardawg.
Now I do roll EU style so i use a tiiiiny bit of tobacco but seriously its far less than even if you smoked a blunt. If it was a ciggarette and not rolling tobacco think like 3 cm off the top of it and i put about .7 of a gram atleast in a doobie .Not a one of my friends can smoke my doobs cos they die and I cant smoke theirs cos they make me feel sick and get headrush.

The purp in this taste like its from a purple haze. It has that old familiar almost floral taste in the back of your nose then when you breath out the stardawg gets ya. Ive been smoking more than usual cos I havent had anything really great. Got this in and my god shes sorted me right out.

I know this may sound noobish but how do u know if its older genetics or not or do u mean i should try and get landrace beans?

Well yes landrace would be a way to go but I dont mean just landraces specifically. I mean like strains that are the buidling blocks for newer strains. For instance skunk#1, arjans haze, master kush. But again not exclusively these strains but strains that are a mix of these or a phenotype of these. Im sure someone else can throw a couple more strains that would fit in this category. @Derbybud @Van Stank ?

Basically any strain that has been stabilised over many years and is tried and true. White widow is another good one

Dude sweet i actually jus started a master kush yesterday and got her into a dwc bucket so this was kool to find out lol glad i spoke up now i understand alil more lol thanx man

Bilbobudkin mentioned that i shud use beans tht have older genetics and i was wondering what he ment by that and if it was landraces but tht wasnt exactly what he meant but i get it now he meant the main strains tht r used to make all the crosses we see nowa days and tht those will be hardier and more vigorous to make crosses with or jus to work with in general i spose lol but yea then i realized i jus started one of the ones he was talkn about the master kush so im now even more excited haha i think im guna try an get some master kush pollen and save it for my future cross im guna start here once i get my current harvest done. Then i can jus focus on my two strains i wana perfect instead of all different strains. I mean it is nice having a variety but it makes it very tuff to keep on a schedule when some eat more then others or require less nitrogen in veg where another might want more so i figure if i jus have 2 strains i can have more of each going at one time then ill be able 2 get a bigger selection to pick out the features i want. But yea now i jus gotta find sumthn to cross with my master kush lol.
