Thanks Blue. Been an uphill battle, but that's the risk you take with regular seeds. I've learned a ton about LST and soil, so next round is sure to be a winner!

OK everyone, since MB2's all we got, then I'm gona feature the hell out of her!! She is looking great! She was extremely thirsty today. She got about half a gallon of PH'd spring water. Bud production is really getting going. Also, I switched out my daylight CFL's for some warm lights.

Here's the light hanger I made with the CFL's switched out.

These are the CFL's I just picked up at Wally world. Went to the bulb aisle, and on the end-cap is a huge sign that says "CFL Discount from National Grid". Any CFL up to 23w was just 92 cents a bulb! So I picked up 8 of them. Score!

Well that's all for her today. God Bud seeds have been soaking for almost 24 hours, and I have one seed that is cracked and showing taproot. Fingers crossed people!!

Ok, time to finish enjoying my Purple Diesel, Jack and Coke, and the Bruins!! Later!

That's great news on the cfl's. I love Walmart. I lightproofed my grow room for about $2 using black posterboard that was .42 each I think.

My lst'ing is a total disaster. I've pretty much given up. A circular bucket is much better suited, although in the future I think I'll plant them at one end and train them towards the other. But this grow I'm going vertical, I've got the room.

PS good luck with the GodBud seeds. That taproot is a great sign.

I'm bored now that I'm on 12/12, I can't visit the girls at night. My new clone/veg chamber should be ready to go tomorrow so at least I'll be able to go stare at them then :cheertwo:

Thanks Blue. And as always, thanks for stopping by! I'm hoping I can get at least one of those God Buds going. Is that so much to ask for?? But not too worried if they don't. I will find something to fill the pot.

And for my light schedules, I always have the dark period for when I am at work. Light's on at 5pm, right when I get home!

I'm really loving how good MB2 is turning out. The LST keeps amazing me. I love when I show my buddies pics and they say "That's one plant??" Yes, yes it is. :ganjamon:
 
You don't need to thank me, I like stopping by. This is B1 last August from my first grow, she vegged all summer and had over 20 colas. She was almost 4 feet wide.

If not for the bud rot I'd have gotten 8-10 oz from her.

Smokey the more pictures the better!! :) Good grab on the cfl's, gonna check my wally world. They are promoting the hell out of cfl;s, my power company is sending out up to 15 free to homes. It was an online thing though, saw it when I went on to pay the bill.
 
Wow Blue! Now that's a real bush! Too bad about the bud rot, but it happens. Lost a little to that this summer with a co-op grow me and my neighbor did. It's a bummer.

Yea, it was the power company around here supplying these CFL's to Wally world. I still have yet to check their site to see of any other promotions. But hey, at 92 cents I'm practically stealing them! I got 8 bulbs for the price of 3 from GE.

And don't worry, I'll be pumping the pics out! Now that there is only one to photograph, it is much less time consuming. But lets hope it doesn't stay that way for long!

Quick update on the seeds ... still only one was cracked yesterday. But, they weren't in too warm of an area. So, I transplanted all the soaked seeds to PH soaked rockwool cubes. The water I soaked the rockwool in also had 3 drops of Superthrive to half a gallon. I'm trying to do everything to get these babies to pop. Now they are in my cube tray, and sitting on top of my cable box. The thing puts off a small amount of heat, and after being there for about 30 minutes, the dome was already all fogged up! Hopefully the warmth will give them some motivation!

Most of the time they just fall off on their own, but sometimes I have taken the shell off to help out the seedling. If you are really careful it should be no big deal. But if you feel too much resistance then just leave it. That shell ain't gona stop anything!! :ganjamon:
 
Hey everybody. Back again with a few pics of MB2. She is still growing strong! I took these pics yesterday and that is 18 days of flowering. I can't believe I still have at least another 6-7 weeks. This baby is going to get reaaaally interesting!

That's all for today. Checked the weight of the pot yesterday and she doesn't need any watering yet. Will be giving another feeding at the next watering. Hopefully that will give her a nice boost!

Thanks Blue! I'm really excited now. Everyday is like Christmas when the lights turn on! And I can't believe the quality pics I can get with my cell phone. It has a macro setting and auto focus. I just have to point and shoot.
