My computer died. It keeps rebooting and non of the restore options work. I believe it is the graphics cards fault. So after about 4 hours of doing everything I cold think of I admit defeat and am now rocking a gateway 2000 pretty much barebones system. All of my files are ugh I cant even stomach it. All the games,movies,pay per views, confidential documents all my research,documentaries all of it trapped in a non working pc on a failing hard drive. I will take some tricome pics today as well as the regular pictures for week 5 of flowering. Today is day 35

:lot-o-toke:Hey SmokerJoe, thought I'd chime in here, I read everything on your journal and suck up all the knowledge I can, great read. My computer froze up because of some Malware, it cost me $200 to clean it up in a hurry (I know about as much about computers as I do growing Marijuana) but I'm learning the grow part because of people like you. Just wanted to share. Also Smoker Dude, good news on my getting out of my lease, I found a lot of Mold in the skylights so now I can find a better place to start my garden, they can't touch the inside of this place until I leave so they are letting me out as soon as I find a new place. I'm off subject Smoker sorry just excided.

1 completely bathed under the ufo with partial coverage on 3 others. The 450 watt completely covers 4 plants with partial coverage on 4 others. My plants have space in between them to let them stretch horizontally so if I didnt allow that and just grew 1 top for each plant with no sidebranching the led could handle 8 and the ufo would cover 2 along with partial coverage. With partial coverage overlapping from 2 or more lights it is as if there was a extra light in the room that there is not and so that coverage also covers 2-3 plants not counting the hps also in there.

Thats great that they are letting you out like that. A lot of rental places wont and even more just paint over mold as if that solves the problem. As far as the computer it isnt malware. I took really great care of my computer since its like my baby. My phone,tv,internet pretty much my connection to the outside world went through the computer and so I had probably about 400.00 in diagnostic software. I use IObit it defrags,cleans the root diectory,speeds up the boot process,eliminates duplicate files,malware,virus protection everything I could ask for. No I believe the problem lies within my duel nvidia cards and my hard drive has been failing for about a year now. Normal people use about 1 terrabyte of information transfer in months maybe years but I do that weekly and it takes a beating on the hard drive. Not to mention computer chips are embedded with a kill date now. They do this because back in the 90's and early 2000's people would own 1 computer for 7 -10 years and that was it. Now they need people to buy one a lot sooner then that and so the processor is instructed to shutoff after a certain amount of time. Its true I can reaquire some of the information I have had but nowhere near all of it. I was going to specify a few of these documents but I wont it just isnt worth it if the wrong person saw. Anyways.. now im ranting on. So Im gld you could get out of your lease if that is what you wanted and thanks so much for reading my journal it means a lot to me and I appreciate all of you and your time.
 
The ufo is actually the 90 watt red. The purple is the 450 watt G8 led

Thank you my new found friend. Indeed it should be a good weekend. Any weekend spent growing is a great weekend. Going to harvest my first plant in 10 days so I have a little something for 4/20. Not washing this one since there wont be any additional time afforded to let it dry longer but the rest will be washed the same as every plant since july 2010 when I started.
 
Cool Smoker, I'll be coming to you for some bud washing tips. I've read a lot on it, but it's better to talk to someone who has 1st hand experience with it!

Sure no problem SABO. Any help I can offer is worth it. Once I get the buckets in order I will take photos and everything. The buckets I was using I drilled holes in to grow a few more plants in so I need to get more haha. I will probably use rubbermaid containers this time

I think that is a problem that Growers have in common, it seems all of our buckets have holes in them. I'm going to pay attention more to people I visit and look for bucket holes, then I'll know if they are growing or not! :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
 
:lot-o-toke:Hey SmokerJoe, about the computers, that explains why my 15 year old computer still runs (slow) and I had to put a new hard drive in my 3 year old computer last month, I can see that because they ran out of new stuff to put out every year trying to make people buy their computers.
