Grafting...what?A couple oddballs from my grow.
A mutant variegated Chocolate Mint OG.
And this is one I created. Three of my favourite strains that I grafted onto one stem.

Nice one Heraldo. So many weird things happen.purple kush conjoined sisters
Those are the best! 33% more plant! This little girl is not alternating but instead has three stalks in each jump!!
Wow, that's nuts! Otherwise healthy looking, just not normal at all. This Watermelon Skittlez was a mutant from the get-go.
Very healthy, and taking off since I put her in the dirt, in the greenhouse. She follows the sun like crazy, too. The top is almost @ 90 degrees at sunrise.Wow, that's nuts! Otherwise healthy looking, just not normal at all.
I might just give grafting a try for fun, that looked pretty cool @Weaselcracker I wonder if there is any benefit to pollinating a grafted plant..
Hey Weaslecracker, did the white buds smoke really smooth?
Ya know - I never tried any. I’m pretty cautious with the indica stuff and mostly just stick with sativas
I’ll make a note to drag those buds out and take another look at them now that they’re cured and I’ll try a puff and let you know - if I live.
Hehe timing is everything! Cool to hear though. Might have enjoyed it more at a different moment.I can’t really think of any, other than maybe convenience. At least with the grafts I did it just seemed like having several strains on one stalk. If there were differences in the way the strains grew, I couldn’t really see it.
I’m doing another graft now for colour. A Purple Dream cross, Peyote Purple, Chocolate Mint, and Carnival.
Ha ha ha. I meant to get back to this someday. I did eventually get around to smoking some of that white bud. It had been a long time since I smoked any sort of heavy indica strain, but I figured the white part wouldn’t be very strong. Alas I was so wrong about that. I got paranoid as hell! I’d almost forgotten what it’s like to have life’s minor problems turn into irrationally huge overwhelming ones. Totally ruined my day!
Might be something special in the end!Very healthy, and taking off since I put her in the dirt, in the greenhouse. She follows the sun like crazy, too. The top is almost @ 90 degrees at sunrise.
Ya I didn’t think so, but I’m planning on doing a pollination on a select few strains this next grow and so I think I’ll throw the grafted plant in there just for fun and grow out one of the seeds I get from it to see if there’s any potential to it or not.I can’t really think of any, other than maybe convenience. True dat! Looks like you're creating an oddity, and turning it into something fruitful! I like the way you think. Out of box thinking there bro.Feels like this kind of fits here!
Nice! I have a plant with the same thing on a Stardawg auto, meaning that this particular mutation is a "thing"?
Polyploidism, i believe. Got one as well. This little girl is not alternating but instead has three stalks in each jump!!
