No, I dropped the newly sprouted seeds right into the final 20 gallon pots ant let them be. I did have to pull over two of the main colas and tie them down as they were getting too tall.

They're beautiful. great job2 are about to leave this week coming. They will be replaced but with 2 autoflowers so it just won't be the same.
Don't worry though, end of April begins a new photo run with brandy new seeds!
