Very cool. I had a friend tell me about stingbud the other day and couldn't comprehend it but you explained it better. He also showed me scrog I think it was called where you force the buds individual through wire holes. That seemed to make a lot of sense since they all have there own path and get more light.

Scrog grows are really cool, my buddy has one going... I think that is how I might do my next grow. I have been fighting the height of my huge plant for awhile now and it's getting kind of annoying. With a scrog setup the canopy will pretty much be even all around which will be really nice.

You basically weave the main stem threw the holes and that lets the nodes get a lot of light and they shoot up like main colas. You would need more horizontal space than vertical with a scrog grow.

I hear you man, the plant I have going is a lot of work to maintain. Every time I add more water; which is everyday now, I have to untie all the branches and then retie them down. It kind of gets annoying after awhile. It is well worth it tho

I've seen a closet like that before. I had to do a lot of tying to keep the plants in the closet when I opened it!

yea they like to hang out when the door is open, so tying is the only option

I actually put a 1x2 across the door to hold them in. This time I'm placing a net over the top for them to grow through thinking I can put the tops where I want them, no tying, just put through a hole, and help to hold them up, they do get rather top heavy, at least that's the plan!

This is from my first grow. 2 Blue Mystic on the left, 2 Wonder Woman on the right, 1 Northern Light in the front (10 days younger than the big 4).

Blue Mystic and Wonder Woman are both in their own DIY 10 gallon tote with 2x14" airstones in each, and the Northern Light is in a DIY 5 gallon bucket with 6", and 8" airstone. All buckets are wrapped in ducting insulation.
