Should I transplant now? Adding nutes? Noob help please

Will not forget to do so. I think it’s growing a little slower than it would because roots might be finding it hard to find spaces in the soil. Also, the first true leaves look weak and droopy, should I be worried? Nodes and fan leaves look good for the most part tho.

What soil are you using? If there's no nutrient in it you should slowly introduce nute feed in 1/4 str and see how the plants respond and go on from there, make sure you have a dry/wet cycle so your roots don't drown

Im using jiffy seed starter mix which has peat moss, coco, and vermiculite.
I used FF Big Bloom and Silica powder the other day at half strength. They seem to like it. The watering is tricky because it soil isnt aerated enough.
