Should I run a fan 24/7?

Should I be running a oscillating fan all the time or just when lights are on? I am not having a issue with heat or humidity and right now I have the fan plugged into the timer along with my lights so it's on 18 and off 6 hrs. I have it oscillating on my seedlings just to strengthen them right now. Thanks all.

All the time (especially when the lights are out) as it develops into veg. Seedlings are more focused on root development. You want to constantly pass air under the leaves. It’s how they store energy. Just make sure its gentle.

It's not going to hurt having the fan oscillating on solo cups that have seeds in them that haven't broke the surface yet correct? I mean when they start to emerge from the soil and the fan is blowing on them.

I wouldn’t. I’d worry about prematurely drying. No reason for it.
