Shiggityflip Hits The Brix - Growing Using High Brix Soil

hUCKLEBERRY kUSH #3 (PINEBERRY PHENO)

I never thought of this pheno as a big yielder but she did quite well for herself. She has been a keeper because of her pineberry flavor and as long as she crystallizes up like this it will be hard not to have a plant or two of this around. Quick eyes will see the remnants of some old duct tape that flaked off when adjusting the hood. Thank goodness for bud washing!

hUCKLEBERRRY kUSH #11

It was interesting, the chem plant was taller and you would have thought theweight would be higher but the high brix girl packed on more weight. In the hanging plant pics you can see a High Brix Huck #11 top cola right in front of the pink foam. She really put on the weight and is the strongest buzz of my Huck Kush plants. Super rock hard candy nugs that break more like shatter than nug. tiniest hint of amber on <5% of trichs

Yo Shiggs,
Straight up... those pics make me adjust my shorts....a lot.:thedoubletake::laughtwo:

Haha thanks Stage! I can't wait until the buds dry and shrink up. It will be wall to wall trichs all touching lol. I cut and washed a taster branch of Agent Orange a few days ago. It's a whole different buzz. The chem taste is bright and citrus like the orange rind of a mandarin. The high Brix taste is rich and deep with blood orange and grapefruit tones. Like a Cara Cara orange if you ever had a super good one. The taste lingers quite a bit. With Growth Energy right to the end right after a second cat drench week I was a touch worried about the "gamey" flavor Doc warned about. But it is deeply enjoyable musky fruit I taste, not gameyness. I am entranced again by the AO. I had been getting bored of her. The high Brix version is vibratory right in my sinuses like a ball of energy is inside my nasal passages. A warm tingly sun.

:passitleft:Damn I need some o dat in my life! ;)

Those are some of the most frosted flowers that I've evet seen. Whatever you did, it worked well. Great job, c as nt wait for your weight report.

I don't think I've ever seen such frosty nugs, and that is not lip service. Bud rot not ever a concern?

Thanks millertm! I know you always tell it like it is so that compliment means a great deal. I can't wait for that report either, even with the early departure of two plants.

Totally a concern.my dehumidifier went out so my daytime humidity was around 50-60 and nighttime up to 74% as read by my thermometer/humidity meter. I pulled a chem plant early by two weeks because I saw a few spots starting. Must be a very susceptible strain. Last time I grew it was in the dry winter.

So flowering after that was a bit of nervousness for sure. In the Huck Kush description it warns "dense buds, harvest on time or beware of mold." I let the strain go 60 days post flip which I think is about what I did last grow. But they were much more sugary and I prayed for dry weather. We had some rain here but everything stayed good. Though there were so many trichs that sometimes I would see something and freak out thinking it was mold or mildew. Examination with the macro lens assured me it was just little bursts of trichomes.

Damn Shiggs,
I would rep ya from the last post but they say I gotta spread it around... :(
Top job bro. Wicked pics son.:smoke2:

PS...That wasn't just water on the lens, you just was excited as we all were.

Top notch work, must have been tough running Chem nutes and high brix. Lots of extra running around and mixing stuff. Well it paid off. You got some dank meds for sure.

Cheers
