Its just original cheap soil because i wad broke ..i want to get new good soil and try to get as much of this soil off root ball and put them in good soil but idk if this will hurt or kill plant plz somebody help me with sum advice

A transplant into new soil would be a shock but definitely worth it. That stuff your using seems very clumpy and mud like(nonair getting in) . It will stall them for few days but they'll be much happier. Makes sure to rinse the roots and try not to rip them either. But It needs to be done.

Edit: you could presoak your new soil with nutes if you use some that has none in it already, check the NPK values of your new soil first.
