Shadowman's First Grow

Oh man.. Medi is gonna be a beast. Brother be sure you have your plant stakes ready cause those colas are gonna be heavy.

They all look great ! Looks like you've got a healthy clones too.:thumb:

Hey granny, thanks for your support. All six flowering clones are now in soil and the deficiencies they were showing due to a lack of nutes while making roots is all but disappearing and I should start to see some new and rapid growth soon. Pop in anytime, you're always welcome in my garden.

Very nice and clean white roots on clones. That is a big tall girl you got flowering there. She is going to be hungry for light for sure. Just wanted to stop by and see this outstanding grows going on. Happy growing to you..

Hey Professor, Glad to have you over, I know how busy you are and I appreciate you taking the time to stop by. I've been using the 2 UV-B bulbs for 2 1/2 hours daily and thought I might push it to 3 hours for a little extra sun effect. I hope I have enough lighting to get some decent results in yield and potency. I'm pleased with the flowering clones, the first 3 to produce roots only took 7 days, the other 3 each sprouted roots 2 days apart and now all 6 clones are in soil (a total of 14 days). I've been very fortunate in my efforts at cloning, I owe that to you and your outstanding video tutorials that you have blessed the 420 community with. Thanks for everything you do to promote, educate and help others in their cultivating endeavors. You're One Solid Dude!
:thankyou:

She's hungry for everything I'd imagine. Medi looks awesome can't say anything other than that, great job. I was thinking back to when she was still in the bamboo.

I saw the sticky bug strip, has it been that bad? I can't believe I don't have bugs, the grow closet is in my son's room and we know how elder teenagers are, I have to continually stay on him about keeping it fairly clean in there.

Not to long now and you'll be a grandpa, dude!! I hope I'm not stepping over anyone's toes when I'm assuming your newly married daughter will want children. Sorry if I was wrong about that.

Hey Chinnubie, What's going on my friend? Glad you stopped in. Don't make me break out the Medi baby pictures! LOL The bug strip is strictly for preventive measures to catch adult gnats before they can lay eggs in an attempt to use my girls for food. I have been relatively bug and pest free and want to keep it that way.
I'm already a Grandpa :yahoo: As a lot of young people these days my daughter and her husband lived together and had children before they got married. They've been together for about 6 years now. Ideally I would have preferred they did it the old fashioned way of getting married first but we live in a different world and I'm okay with that. I have a 3 year old grandson and a 1 1/2 year old granddaughter.
Stop in anytime my friend, your always welcome.

Hey Tamir I have them ready and hope I have to use them all! I am leaning towards putting one of my Medi's that's in veg now under a scrog net to help with support when she goes to flower this fall.

Good Morning Everyone. Welcome to my grow.
Medi1 in flower (day 39) she takes 1/2 gallon=8 cups=64oz every 3-4 days, her last feeding was 8/1 I gave her 3 cups cal/mag+ and 5cups bloom+. I'll water and feed again tomorrow but this feeding I'm going to give her 4 cups=32oz cal/mag+ and 4 cups bloom+. The 4 LFs in veg will be transplanted later today into 3 gal. pots. 3 of the 4 are doing just fine but 1 has stunted growth. I'm hoping the bigger pot and fresh soil will jump start her. I'm keeping my fingers crossed with the LFs hoping I can get a girl to flower this fall when Medi1 is done. That's when I'll expand from the tent to a flower room. I say room but actually it will be a portion of a room that is being divided into 4 areas, that's when the conversion will be complete. I don't want to mess with Medi1 while she is flowering. The 6 clones I took from Medi1 at day 23 of flower have all been successfully rooted and put in soil. I'll transplant them from solo cup to pot in a week or so.

Looking good Shadowman, and great job on your clones. CO Finest is a great help.

You really have a green thumb there Shadowman - those are all looking fantastic !!!

Thanks Regor, Welcome to my humble grow. I have to give credit where credit is due, I grew up on a farm and we always had a big vegetable garden. Gardening was also one of my parents hobbies, they were on the National Garden Tour for several years and even had Hallmark do a photo shoot of there Flower Garden. Last but not least, the great community of growers here at 420 Magazine and my biggest influence in Cannabis Cultivation, CO Finest. He was one of the first people here that befriended me and has been my mentor and guide. Please don't be offended if I haven't mentioned all the many growers that have helped me here at the magazine, I just don't have the time to list them all.

Hey 60cal, thanks man, the Professor is a huge help, not to mention all the Great Growers here at 420 Magazine. I love this community, everyone is very helpful and polite. Do you have a grow journal? I would love to see you in action as well. "Keep The Green Side Up"
