Seeds

Yes I have them under a light and the soil is still moist I planted them in dry soil and then I water until it ran up the holes in the bottom

Personally I soak them for 24 hours and they go right into my soil (1/4-3/8" deep or so) and let it do things the old fashioned way. As said they are fragile and I lose more to sticking to the towels or dropping them etc.. And I water with a spray bottle until they been above ground for a few days, as too wet and they can rot on you.

Thanks @oldsmokey and @Modest grower and others put these in water for 12 hours paper towel for one day root was about quarter inch put them in soil barely covered them 2 days ago

I watered the soil first like you said old smokey I put the soil in a plastic bag and put it in warm water until the soil was lukewarm then I planted them

Good start! The one on left looks to have the husk stuck on. You might want to try and help it of gently using a tooth pick or something small.

You won't need to water fully again untill it's is dry. Careful not to over water a common mistake. Not sure what country your in to recamend any nutes. I am using mega crop for the first time. A lot of people are having good results with it. Easy to use and cheap they will send you a free sample.

New Brunswick Canada I heard some people used 20 20 20 when they are vegging and 15-30-15 when they are budding

You should remove the husk. Again I would suggest Megacrop easy to use cheap and it works. If you go to there website they will send you a generous free sample you do have to pay the shipping. It's powder just mix with water and use. Also you use the same nutes from seed to finished bud. It doesn't get much easier than that.
