Seeds won't germinate

I keep my seeds in the fridge 10C/50f, soak them in tepid water for a few hours, then put them in coco when they swell/sink/split - def agree H2O2 if you're gonna leave them to get tails before planting
Recently popped 5 NL hoping for 4 plants but got 5/5 sprout rate
Bit awkward since they are autos so can't be kept as mothers, may be forced to pull the weakest one
