Second Grow! LST: Let's Start Training

Since im just experimenting I've been defoliating a lil. Yes!! I know!! I know!! Plants need their leaves. This is such a controversial topic in the grow community. I have a few more seeds to play w so I figured why not. Ive been defoliating for 3 weeks now. I can't believe the number of colas and how healthy they're looking. This strain doesn't mind it at all. Ive noticed the more I take the more goes to the colas. Im not taking all of the leaves. Just the ones they tell me need to go. LST and defoliating are an art form.

I gave them a good flush 2 days ago. They're still a lil wet and droopy. Im noticing a little Cal issue with one of the plants. They'll all get Cal/Mag next feeding.

The girls are doing great. They're getting some extra vegg time and LST. These girls are 15"-17" tall. But bent down to 5"-7".

Thank you. Its a lot of work lol. I soooo appreciated paying for good bud now lol. I have 2 grow cabinets going. A veg house and a flower house. My first attempt at growing is 6 weeks into flower. They have a few more weeks and then I can move these girls into the flower house. These LST girls will vegg 12 weeks before going into 12/12. Then on to experimenting w a new technique. Stay tuned....

4'x3'. Not much space at all. That is why I am LST. I've learned a lot from my first set of plants

9 weeks vegging so far. Im planning on vegging and training these bitches for 12 weeks. My girls had their second dose of Open Sesame with their reg Nutes a few days ago. Look at all the new growth. Hopefully Ill get a decent yeild.

Just waiting for these gals to finish so we can move into the flower house. My FIRST GROW. Not to shabby

I had my first panic as a newbie grower. I neglected to feed my babies. I woke up yesterday to them all wilted. I thought I had killed them. But after a good ol' feed they are standing back up!! Omg I almost cried

It's good to let them wilt a little when they are vegging. Builds stronger roots by making them grow and search for water. Great job!

Picking up my cabinet today. Then on to building. Im trying to talk my husband into investing into LED lighting Mother's Day is right around the corner LOL

The person I was originally getting the cabinet from backed out. So I hit the internet and found a better one down the street. 4 hrs and an aching back my Vegg cabinet is complete. Im using the same lights. Hopefully ill get some LED soon.

Bigger Cabinet/ Bigger Pot = Bigger plants. I let my gals loose for the night. I will do some training today w their new pots. I thought I had a lot of tops before.
