Scrogdawgs 400W RDWC White Widow Fem Scrog Grow

Looking good Scrawgdog, I finally got my first tent grow going. I followed your suggestion and upsized the pump. Check it out if you have time.... Gotta figure out how to make the pics come out better under the LED lights though....

The dirty job got done this morning.

1 - White Widow (Brazilian Sativa/Indian Indica Hybrid) Feminized
2 - Mastic (Mama Thai/Thai Stik Sativa) Regular
2 - G-Thirteen (Afghan indica) Regular

Only 150 more sleeps to harvest. I'll start another journal for these when this one finishes in a few weeks.

Doing anything different this time round regarding setup?

Going to add another bucket to the RDWC, hoping 1 of the Mastik and 1 of the G-13 are females, the White Widow is feminized so not to worried about it. I'd like to have one female of each strain in the RDWC. I'm going to get a bigger water pump and bigger air pump. Just added the air filtration. Also going to change to RO water from tap water. Probably the biggest change will be not making the mistakes I've made on this first grow. Other than sizing up a little on the hardware the whole thing ran pretty smooth.

Agreed. Those girls are stunning. No need to change anything. Upgrades are always fun though

Hey Scrogdawg, I picked up a General Hydroponics Dual Diaphragm pump for my 2 tents and it's great. Says it will run up to 16 buckets..... I also installed an iSpring RO system in my kitchen, supposedly can do 75 gallons a day...haven't tested that, but I do fill 3 7 gallon jugs a day from it so far and store them for change days, bought on Amazon for just over $100...

I was looking at that same pump. Are the manifold and valves metal or plastic?

Would you have a link to the RO system, I can't find one under $450 on Amazon.

The manifold that came with mine is all metal with metal valves...4 total, so you have to use T's or Y's if you need more than 4. The diaphragms are replaceable as well... Here is what I bought for the RO system. iSpring RCC7 WQA Gold Seal Certified 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filter System - 75 GPD - Undersink Water Filtration Systems

I was mistaken on the price, it was just under $200, I also bought the following permeate pump to reduce wasted water making the RO water... Aquatec AQUATEC-ERP-1000 Permeate Pump

Most RO systems waste 3 or 4 gallons of water to make 1 clean gallon, this pump drops it to 1 or 2 gallons waste per gallon of clean....seemed like a smart investment for just $50...

Day 45 of flower. Everything is cruising along. Got a few pictures today. Got some wonky lighting using a flash with the HPS still on.

I'm liking what I'm seeing. I think my next grow is midnight kush, I am going to save one bean and use some ideas from you.

Thanks. Help yourself to any ideas, I probably stole them from someone else anyway. lol.

Looking pumped, yo! Looking ripped, bro!

Thanks brofessor.

Looking great scrogdawg. Are any of your leaves yellowing? Mine are.

They aren't yellowing yet but I have another 25 days or so till harvest.

What a difference between the photo and auto WWs! We saw preflowers within a day or two of each other and I had to take one down on Sunday and another tomorrow morning due to the appearance of amber trichomes. The last WW auto is likely only a few days behind.
