Scrog Help/Advice please

Hey people. I am in need of a little help/guidance with my first scrog attempt also it's only my second grow too. I am growing 2 x super silver haze plants under a 600w hps in soil.
I have read loads of posts about scroging but I still feel like I'm doing it wrong. Here are some pictures. I would appreciate any comments about it or what I can do too make it better. My main question is do I just keep tucking them under or do I remove small bud sites so they can focus energy on the larger sites.
I think my grow looks really messy with all the large fan leaves covering everything or maybe I over think it too much.

Ok to scrog I would normally stay on top of defol or at least be tucking your fan leaves out the way. Then for me, yet depending on your space restrictions etc, I would just fill your scrog up until last week or two before flipping. I'd most definitely thin the sites out getting shot of a few small or weak sites. Then its about giving your bud sites the chance to get some good vert during the stretch period. Good vert means nice big colas!
