Small update on the girls!!!
Both are doing amazing, it's all in the genetics!! I watered both of them yesterday with 6g of MC 2.0, 1.5g of Bud Explosion, and 5ml of terpinator per 1gal of h20. I have really good well water where I live, all I do is let the water run a few min until its freezing cold, fill a 1gal jug and let sit 24hrs open before use.

Purple-Urkle: This girl has been doing amazing since the addition of MC. She was giving me some trouble, but she's done a complete 180°. She is really starting to put some frost on!! She is under the @TimberGrowLights cxb3590 cob. Day23 of 12/12 and still smells like fresh grapes/skunk!!

Amnesika2.0: This girl has been picture perfect since day 1. The genetics on this one speak for them self. Her buds are stacking perfect, and so heavy already she's starting to lean. She's on day31 of 12/12 under the Timber Grow Lights cxb3590.

Not much to update with the girls their kinda just cruising along!! I am giving them MC 2.0 every other watering at 6g per gal, and Bud Explosion at 1.5g per gal.
Amnesika2.0 @day38 of 12/12. This girl is gonna have some large nugs!!! Her smell is amazingly sweet, but I couldn't figure out what exactly she smelled like. That is until brother @Bilbobudkin420 told me she looked like the purp pheno and it smells like sherbert. Im not sure shes a purp pheno but she does smell just like sherbert, so she just may be the purp pheno after all!!!

Purple-Urkle @day30 of 12/12. This girl is bringing frost the a whole new level!! I have never had a plant so covered this early in flower!! Her smell hasn't changed its still fresh grapes/skunk, but it has gotten stronger smelling!!

Congrats on the 10 years bro! That’s nuts. If I read the thread right, thought I was the only one with a non smoker wife that let me set a tent up in the BR. Supports me for the same reasons. Very rare to find support like that. I remember the first time I set up a tent in our room...”is it going to sound like this the whole time?” No love, only for the next couple months. Lol.

Horrible about your cousin. Feels like half the people in my family are down that road. Sometimes I wonder why things didn’t get a hold of me, while others are choosing to live in the streets/jails. My wife handles our situation like a champ publicly but has a terrible time with guilt and helplessness in private. The choice of getting caught up in the madness or pushing people we love away. Batshit crazy.

Anyhow. Glad I caught your journal. I really enjoy your work and it goes without saying everything looks great.

Yerrrr buddy. Shes definitely dark enough right now to be that sherbert purple pheno (especially if she got that sweet/sour sherbert stank) that one didnt pack on the purple until real late in flower and it was literally like it just happened overnight. It does have the same sativa bud structure aswell. The other more indica leaning purp came through slow and earlyish compared to the other one, was far more musky in scent and taste and critical like in bud structure.

Drug addiction is a mother fucker on the addict and even harder on the family. I have a younger brother that wont get off the meth. Even tho it almost killed his 2yr old baby girl, she drank the camp fuel he used to make the shit. She almost died thank god for the drs. They care flighted her to a big hospital that saved her life. 3 weeks in icu and still not the same. I love my lil bro to death, but I wont do anything that helps him in his addiction in anyway.

That’s terrible. I get a little numb when I hear those types of things. I’ve known people in similar situations and it’s inconceivable to process all of that sometimes. There’s almost an instinct to push the information away especially when children are involved. Mine and Mrs. Gadfly’s brothers are both taken. Luckily my bro doesn’t have kids and isn’t overly reckless—mostly just self destructive. We help out with her bro’s kids but the mom is a functioning addict so she keeps them at heel to help cover her stuff. I can’t even bother with my cousins anymore because I’ll get myself arrested or someone will get hurt. Ever see a house with seven cars that don’t work and not a licensed driver to be found? Yup. Nothing to do but walk away at that point.

On the flip side, I do have relatives that looked destined for straight up prison. They made their way there eventually—only as guards! Lol One started, others followed. It was an amazing transformation to see one out of shape, using drugs and drinking heavily, make such a change. Got all buff, now they can kick my ass. Skin recovered and looks normal. That pride you see in their photos when all posed out in their moto gear. Even have an addict relative that was way off the deep end—prostitution, hardcore drugs use and violence around the kids—and then turn it around, earn a degree and fully embrace a great career.

Update!!​

Both of the girls started to fade a bit so I up'd their MC 2.0 from 6g per gal to 6.5g per gal of h2o. Lets hope that does the trick, I also added 1.5g of Bud Explosion from GreenLeaf.
Amnesika2.0: week7 day6 of 12/12 and her trichs are ripening faster than I expected. She probably right about 60/40 cloudy/clear, I was expecting mostly all clear. Her smell is amazing, its like a funky sherbert smell. The wife thinks it just smells extremely sweet lol, she said " Ive never smelled weed so sweet". I am super stoked to be smoking on this girl!! Philosopher Seeds nailed it with this one for sure!!
