The lights are going to be bad ass!

It makes me want another board for my 288 xl. There is room for one, I would just need a board and a bigger driver.

What do u have now?

One driver and two bds, or the single single setup

And what driver is it
 
I have the 3ft heatsink with 2 of the 288v2. The driver is the 240H-2100A.
 
nice boards chris. at 4000k are you going for a straight up veg light ? would make one powerful veg light for sure. i'd really like to see the difference between that spec and say 3000k or 3500k in veg.

2x4 tent. If I want to run 3 medium sized plants, it lacks a bit in the middle for flower as there is a dip in par. I have my 90 watt I could somehow hang in there as well.

I did pretty good for my weights (I think) on my last harvest. It was certainly enough for me.

I though running 3 boards at a lower wattage might work better.

Ya...I got the 3000k cuz they where available, plus I needed an overflow flower light, but it doesn't cut it for veg at all

Finally the 4000k are available again so snapped em up.

Now I can run full distance in the Tub if Love if I need to, or move the flower bed into my veg tent

My two 288s are on separate heatsinks, so is better for my 2x4 tent

You can get individual heatsinks at HLG for $39 easy, not bad

Orrrrrrrrrrr

Get 4 qb132 or 120 bds, no heatsinks needed, and build a frame like mine, run ya about $200 ish including driver

i built 3000k/3500k hybrid cobs as full spectrum lights but often wondered about doing dedicated flower and veg set ups. i really think those are going to explode under the 4000k boards. hope they rock for you

I have a 4000k QB light in my veg tent, it is fantastic, it even does good in flower

But is appears flower lights don't do good in veg...lol

Love the QB lights.

I may get another pr of 288s, or just one to add to my 2x4 next grow, who knows ..lol
