Welp ! :thanks: I am new ! My very first try is train wreck,Pineapple chunk, AK-49, and 60 day lemon haze , ! tents and cfl lights and 4 inch vent with ozone gen ! Bought the big lights ! Plants are talkingh to me so that is good !!!Need help with nutes? No pics as of yet

Hello and welcome to the forum. Have you started a journal yet? It seems more and more people are trying out autos. Im still learning about them but I dont think I care to grow those.

Hi am I in the wrong area ? ! need some thoughts ! Input as you will ! 3x3x6 tent , train wreck, pineapple chunk, Autos of AK-49, Lemmon haze, I am using soil, my own mix , Nutes so far are superthrive, Foxfarm , Lights are 800 Watts CFL's. veg and flower , 6500K AND 2700K combined , I veged for 5 weeks, now it is on 12/12 , The nute part ? been fox farm , thinking that bloombastic very soon ?? What about fox farm ching ching, will it help ? when? Am only using two gal pots , Indoors , 4" vents and a ozone gen when needed ! I keep the lights at 2" above the babies,, I can not post pics untill april cause of circomestance ! Home bull !!!! Looking to grow Tutahamkamann and Satori in next grow !??? HELP !!!
 
So what is it that you are asking for advice on? Well besides the nutes. I love fox farm I use their soils and nutrient line although I have never used chaching so I dont want to give you advice on something I am not informed on and have personally done thats not how I do things. 800 watts of cfl for how many plants? Is it 4 200 watt units or 8 100 watt units? For cfl you can keep them lower then 2 inches since cfl are cool and wont burn plants unless they are touching the bulb for awhile. Move the bulbs to 1 inch away it may not sound like much but you will be increasing the lumens used and less waste.Cfl have poor light penetration so that is another reason to move them closer sounds like you have ample clearance. How long has your plants been in 12/12? Have you determined if they are male or female yet?
 
Nice , yet big thoughts, 2- 400 watt cfl's, one 6500K one 27ooK, Ya I dont expect real good yeilds , but looking for the THC, As of this first grow ,I have 4 plants , Pineapple chunk, Train Wreck, AK-49, Super lemon haze , ,,,,, Fox farm nutes, should I use Bloombastic ?

You can use it if you got it. Use 1/2 the recommended dosage at first to see how your plants react and if everything is well and good increase it until about week 5 of flower and start to gradually reduce it until the flush if you choose to flush. I would use that nutrient after week 2 of flowering but it shouldnt hurt anything if you use it before. Just remember not to overdo the nutes. Some strains will require more nutes some less and if you have great amendments in your soil some may not need any additional at all. If you want to increase the nutes your plant will use then you should pinch the stem until you can feel the tissue give but dont snap it. If you do this every 4 inches or so you will see knots form in the stems these knots will store nutes in them and will make the stems stronger to be able to support more yield.

For 2 gallon pots I would also say that you dont want plants to get over 2 feet 2 and a half max or they will be rootbound and slowly start to die. So make them bushy and clear out the undergrowth since the cfl isnt very good to penetrate the canopy and all of that lower growth is wasted. With the light you have your focus should be on the canopy.

I dont mind helping at all. When I first started I was on a different site and none of the members would help me out and if one did other members would make fun of them and ridicule them for helping me but I feel having others help is the best and fastest way to get up to speed. Anyways im no longer there and am here and I like to give new growers what I didnt get.
