Maybe he wants to do a selective breeding? Pick out the best ones?
Yeah but for a first grow, it's a lot to deal with. I think it'd be easier to work with 1-2 plants.. something manageable for a new grower while learning the ropes.

Why your growing 37 plants??? Ofc considering your first grow only half will survive probably,so u will have about 15 left,still alot :| or you go insta flower?
