Salt N Pepa: Back Again

My next guess was N as well should i add some tomorrow and see if that helps... I never soak the pot and i am more then pos i dont let it completely dry out before watering. It is something i need to work on
 
Again, I think you need to wait a few more days. You've just given her a bunch of CalMag, and you need to wait to see what the effect is.

Wait 3 more days? I would say a week but I know you're in a hurry..

Yeah, I always soak the pot (until there's run-off from the bottom), and then let the pot dry out almost entirely, before I water again.
 
Do you think it would benefit more if i didnt water while i was gone? Give her the 5 days rest?
 
Yes i have a plethora of nutes.. The bag of live fertalizer soil i used said i wasnt gonna need nutes that it is meant for autos.. I did use the geoflora bloom though but im thinking i should add the other boom for more N. I leave tue and come back sat... Ive noticed it needs water every 3 days but again hadnt soaked it till yesterday.. Top soil is dry but wet under that im gonna see monday how it looks but am gonna wait till tue morning before we leve to soak. Im gonna have a friend stop friday just to add a couple cups because i will be back sat afternoon.

That sounds like a solid plan to me. It's possible that soaking it will mean you don't have to water after 3 days as you used to. It could last for longer. At the same time, good to have someone come and check it for you. I also agree with upping the N a bit.

I figured she wouldn't be adding much and i wont have her do the nutes but it will make me feel better to get a picture and know shes ok
 
Ooo im watching shark week... Ugh do u guys really get giant great whites? I wish i lived there.. I wish i could be one of those people who gives up everything to go live the life they want

Yup there definitely are a few of those here! But it's not as common to encounter them here as Australia.

Same here my friend. Wish I didn't have to grind everyday to pay the rent and the bills..
 
While i was at work we had a power outage for a little under an hour is my auto gonna be ok?
 
Ok so N seems to be working no new yellow leaves and others seem to be getting life back. I think im gonna try what that person suggested on ur journal. Im gonna add water and nutes to a container and have my pot sit in that.. Then water will soak up as needed. Im leaving tue morning and will be back sat afternoon so i doubt it will starve. If anything it will help me to not worry so much about it.

Hey MWG! Glad there’s no further yellowing and the N is working.

Unfortunately that suggestion is only good for when you are feeding the plant. The bottom of the pot needs to be able to drain and air. If you leave the plant sitting like that for days you risk killing it by suffocating the roots and/or causing root rot. :(

It’s different if you are doing it for a couple of hours! Sorry to be the bad news bearer.
 
Here i have a self watering planter so i situated my fabric pot on top. Im gonna soak it and have the run off for the 3 days im gone. I bet it'll still have water in it
 
Its day 43... Seed dealer says on the listing that it takes 65 to 70 days so im in the home stretch
