Why go the most dangerous route ???? -- fumes can build up . Didn't see anything about ventilation.. Get yourself a distiller and you can recapture most of your alcohol (cost effective) , and no fumes build up.. Once ya get it down to 2 cups or so then use the induction cook top.. I prefer to use a rice cooker with the 2 cups in a large Pyrex cup sitting in a water bath in the cooker.. This slowly evaporates the final amounts of alcohol off -- absence of bubbles and the scent of alcohol lets ya know you're done and ready to sample...
Once all the alcohol is cooked off I tilt the cup in the water bath , this keeps the oil fluid whilst I fill up syringes with the oil -- I weigh them in 2-3 gram parcels in disposable syringes.. Anything ya can't get outta the cup at the end just wipe out with a paper and roll yourself one, get everything you worked for!
