gotta fess up.. it was way too much hassle mixing up and ph ing small amounts of nuts..way to expensive to be wasting mixes too..
So I just went with the c in the end to get them to where they are. I’ll start using the different nuts for each of the girls in 7 days, once everyone happy in their new home.

Wow I have so many questions. But here's a few, what are those very slick separation thingies you have on the floor of the tent separating the diesels. I dig those a ton. And also I NEVER would have thought of putting the tent on it's side. Is it because you have vertical space issues for the tent? Why do you do that? Actually I guess it gives you more grow area if you grow really really short plants. I'm looking at mine, same as yours, the GGT, and it's 5'x5'x7'11", so if I put it on it's side I'd have a 5 x 8 instead of a 5x5, but it would only be 5 feet tall. Not a lot of room to grow plants. Hmmm....autos maybe.....now you got me thinking. Damnit. This is how I get in trouble. Your plants look awesome.

Diesel 1
Coir/perlite
Organic unsponsored nuts
7 gal air pot
Abit of lst at the start , then topped.
She threw out a couple of tezzys after topping but nowt since. :)

I’ve done no lst to this girl.. just took off a couple of the nodes and fan leaves on the bottom branches early on.

Coir/bokashi/frass/perlite
7gal air pot.
Unsponsored nuts
This young lady was the last to pop a full 2 wk behind her sister.
However, she took on some different characteristics straight away.
she grew pretty rapidly and she was the first I had to bend out of the veg lights.. the spacing on all the nodes are greater than the other 2.
Looking reasonably healthy I think:)

Hey also, I wouldn't plant into final containers with seedlings like that. BUT you have those cubes that you did all that good stuff to. Does the cube allow the roots to develop more quickly and adapt to the final container faster? How often do you have to water seedlings in that kind of setup? And how long before you can water the whole pot normally? I'm real interested in your starter methodology.

They’re coming along..
Space meh..
The dividers are actually 2x 1mx1m drip trays with a space between them Jon . The middle plant is in her own tray.. I’ve got to move 5 things to get to one at the moment..
Should be sorted soon.
The pitch on the roof stops any height around the sides of the space.
I’m attempting to improve the space to keep 3 autos on a perpetual grow cycle..
It’s a gorilla mini tent on its side..don’t need much height in there as hopefully the girls won’t be in there too long before into the other tent.. I’m trying to get a 3rd space on the go in here too. I’ll post some pics once I’ve failed a few times:)

Hey buddy,
I’ve been getting most of the info from @Bill284 regarding the potting mix and starter cubes..
It’s the first time I’ve used the 4” cubes, usually just pop the beans in root riot cubes and straight into there forever home once they show..
I m sure I’d read that’s what you do with autos early on. I’ve noticed different opinions on this since I started. But so far.( touch wood) all seeds have popped bar 1.
I’ve tried putting them in paper towels after soaking.. but, it’s removing them from the towel and into the root cube where I’ve been having trouble so now they get a soak and straight into the cube.
I’m hoping the 4” jiffy will do exactly that, and encourage a healthy root ball to start off.
also I’m hoping superthrive will do as you say , and encourage fast growing strong roots.
The 3 diesel girls didn’t get this star treatment:)
I don’t water much @Jon, I keep an eye on the top of the cube, and try to keep everything damp.. again, conflicting views it seems. Some people say water coir every day, but, for whatever reason, my set up does better getting water every other day or up to 3 days in the big tent.
Wish I could tell you more mate, but it’s all experimental and I’m going to see what happens as it unfolds myself.
Thanks for taking the time matey.

Hey @Jon
Hope your well mate.
Out of interest, did you up pot and transplant into smaller pots before your final container with the autos?
Hope you have a good weekend smoking some of that fine erb you’ve loved into life.
Peace to ya buddy

Get ready for lift off.

Hey bud! All the plants are looking great here, loving the diesels and their stature.

The thing I've noticed about autos is its best to only transplant the oncenif you can help it. So like Jon does, or like I used to do as well, is plant the seed in a solo cup, then once a decent amount of roots are there transplant to final container. Now what I do, and seems to be a lot more simple like you've done, is plant into a peat pod or rapid rooter, then once it pops above ground I plant them into the final container. I try not to leave them for a few days or more like you did. The only reason for that, is I have read in the past that when the roots of an auto start to circle the bottom of their container, that's when they will flower. Any science to this I'm not sure of, I see your roots circled a bit, but not much.

Glad to see everything is going well with the nute trials. I'm curious though.. were you asked to not mention these brands of nutrients? I ask because in your case, using multiple different nutes, it could get confusing for the readers to decipher what each nute is by letter. I had the understanding we could mention them or talk about unsponsored products in our journals, just not blatantly advertise them.

Hope you have a great weekend!

Hey mate, thanks for the advise..
I was thinking the same about the roots, hope they don’t go to flower yet, but we’ll soon see.
Is it ok for me to mention the nuts then.. nobody has asked me not to. Just assumed it to be.:)
Didn’t get how it all worked at first.. got a better idea now so trying to help out where I can.

In case I’ve already fecked these up.. I’ve ordered 10 GSC autos from Weed Seeds Express.. + 10 Chiquita Banana.. give it a go ey?
I’ll Try an get at least one on before the GSC shows over.
I do have some GSC fems from them as well, but gonna wait an have a look at the experts smash em first.
I’ve also ordered a light from another of 420’s sponsors, which should be here tomorrow.
let y’all check it out in a week or so.. once I’ve got my room arrangement finalised. .
In the meantime... I’ve got an in-line carbon filter going attached to an iso max. which frees up an extra pot space in the tent... wey hey. Also got a mountain air silenced fan for the inlet.. it’s total over kill, for a small space, but my thinkn is... if everything does the job and tics along nicely on the low settings. It’ll all last a bit longer and any fire risks are hopefully lessened, with nothing running at full pelt. ( lights). A big plus with the fans is the near inaudible whisper while Running low speeds but shifting a ton of air.
Peace an buds to y’all
