I am in the states as well. I am using Google Chrome.
Not sure what browser you are using, but you could try to clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
Other than that, I can't help much.

Hey mate! I apologize for not responding sooner. 🙏 Storing your seeds in the fridge is great for long-term storage, but remember that exposing the seeds to temperature shifts (like when opening and closing the fridge door) could create an unfavorable situation for the seeds!

I'm asking you what's your best product for pain relief and sedation not what's the best for me. I understand your confusion but you should be able to answer my question as it pertains to your products. I would assume you known what you're selling and why. I'm just asking for a good recommendation for seeds. Not medical advice. Docters can't answer this question as I'm curious about the selection of genetics you have.

I think when you get into questions like this, seed companies have to be very careful in their responses so as not to appear to be giving medical advice.

You would be looking for a heavy Indica for a sedative and deeply relaxed effect.

My suggestion would be to look through their seed choices of mostly Indica dominant and then read through the effects section of the description.

If they told you a specific strain was good for pain and after growing it out and smoking it, there was no pain relief, you'd be angry with them. They can't control how your DNA reacts to different strains. Some people get drowsy on sativa and hyper on indica, everyone reacts to everything differently. Roy & Lady Cannafan have some good points.

But some say that that placebo effect plays a not unimportant role in a lot of weed advice.. if you go to the shop and you ask I need something for this and they sell you a good story, ah for that you need this stuff man, you'll get a deep sedative high, all those muscles can relax around the back and you can enjoy a sweet tropical flavour.. and you go home thinking this it's more likely to also have the desired effect.
Of course this doesn't work as well if you first have to grow out the weed for months.. and then you light one up already skeptical, as in I sure hope it does something for my pain, I've been growing this all year..
