RH, Temp & Air Flow

I have noticed a much stronger smell in the back yard now that the exhaust isn't constantly pushing air through the charcoal filter.

In your first msg you said that you "...have a 4" intake fan pushing air through a filter into my grow tent..." so it sounds like you are taking air from the room and filtering it before it goes into the tent. Most people seem to want to filter the odor of the plant and the flowers as they pull the air out of the tent.

If the filter was placed in such a way as the air in the tent was filtered by the exhaust fan and vent pipes then there would be a lot less odor in the room or outside of the shed.

my setup is

AIR FROM SHED => FILTER => INTAKE FAN => TENT => FILTER => EXHAUST FAN => ATTIC

When the EXHAUST fan IS running and the tent is sucking in the odor is only noticeable just outside the front door of the shed.

When the EXHAUST fan IS NOT running and the tent balloons out the odor is noticeable as soon as I step out the patio door of the house.

But...my numbers now look spot on :theband:

Now I understand. You did not mention the second filter between the tent and the exhaust fan so that threw me off on what you were doing.
