Relaxed's Outdoor Medical Grow - 2015

Can I come stay at your house.. It's sleeting here and it's cold... I don't like the cold anymore... it seems to start hurting the older I get.....:circle-of-love:
:circle-of-love: :hugs:

Yeah, winter grows:Hookah: I'd do it with Walpini straight away if things changed here for better legally. Great to see them growing like that under Sun Natural Systems :)

man that slideshow kicks ass

do you encounter the same pests, between summer and winter seasons??

Thanks a bunch! In the winter, there are virtually zero bugs, mainly just aphids which I've been dealing a bit with lately, nothing a little inspection and azamax treatment can't handle. In general, the winter is essentially bug free, while in the Spring and Summer they are extra prevalent, especially the worms. No worms in the winter though! :)

Looking at Lester's cannabis plants in the Californian sunshine.....

Never get tired of it.
:thanks:

Mahalo! I know the feeling ;) :high-five:

Those Blue Santa phenos are completely different from each other. Both look great!!

Yeah, they smell completely different too! I suspect one of them's expression is being dominated by the Santa Maria, since the other one is the actual favored Blueberry flavor. I should mention for the journal I've already begun harvesting the tops off of the Phenotype #2 and been vaporizing. Though, they were a tad bit premature because I had totally run out of medicine. Will be doing some more harvesting this weekend, even though they are not perfectly matured buds, they are very therapeutic. And that's all that matters, these flowers will get me through until the next plant is ready to be harvested, and so on and so forth.

Flowering plants are doing great, real stinky and nice. Real happy with things. Vegging plants have been transplanted into new soil and mycorrhizae, clones finally taking off, though the BB x SM cuts going a lil slow cause they tried to flower a bit first, but they'll get there. Jack Herer, and JH/Chem91/NYCD are doing phenomenal - insanely vigorous. Planted some Aurora Ultra/ La confidential so hoping that pops up....

Will snap some pics later on today when the Sun is right.

Hope everyone is doing well :volcano-smiley: :Namaste:

Hello Lester, your plants are beautiful as always. I always enjoyed your grows but I havent been on 420 for a long time. So trying to catch up with some of my favorite growers and to ask for some ideas from your readers if you dont mind. Its a short colder season where Im from and you definitely want them to finish by mid October at the very latest. Im wondering if any of you folks could recommend some strains for me to try. Its about that time for me to order seeds and get mine started indoors then move out when weather permits. I will do some type of Northern Lights and some type of Kush but want to try new stuff too. I'd appreciate any input. Thanks.

Thanks for the kind words! :welcome: back, as far as strains go, you might consider something with a quicker flowering time, like 8 weeks or so.... so probably a nice hybrid, or indica dominant strain perhaps... For me, I dunno whether it's the geographical difference, but I can harvest Sativas as early as September 15, due to being sexually mature all summer long... best advice I can give you is to grow through trial and error, see what works and what doesn't. Find something that works good, and stick with it. Kinda like me and the KC-45 :)

Thanks Lester. I did a bunch of research and asked a few guys around here what they like to grow. I think Im pretty well set now. Northern Lights always does well for me but Im just looking for variety now. Gonna try THC Bomb and one other I havent decided on yet to go along with my NL.

Aloha NW, always good to have you pop by :) :circle-of-love:

Oh I should make a note that I fully harvested a BB x SM plant for being in need of medicine, it wasn't perfectly matured texture wise but the medicine in this is incredibly therapeutic. I'm quick drying samples and getting medicated as can be after virtually only hours after chop. Very frosty batch leaning towards Santa Maria expression. This should give me time to let everything else ripen up properly. These new incoming flowers are righteous. :volcano-smiley:

:bravo: Lester. Hope you're top of the shop.

Pictorially here, one minute it's 'Pet Sounds', then it goes all Ridley Scott. :cheesygrinsmiley: I'm happy with either.

Nice one, RL. :thanks:
