Thanks Swanga! I would have hoped to have them actually turn purple, maybe some day. I am also excited to puff this strain, it should be dry enough by this weekend for a good solid puff. I will definitely be sure to let you all know how it goes

You got any bigger ones of same strain/pheno going for long season?

Nope lol, too many other strains I need to test, it's hard to fit everything into my limit without going overboard, we are only allowed 12 plants, and I don't use femmed seeds, so I need to have a little bit of wiggle room. I'll be happy with this Blackberry bounty ahead of me, and ready to move on and try some new strains in Fall. The strains I have going are Santa Maria X Blueberry , Swiss Cheese, Maui Waui, and Panama Red, +KC-45 rofl. Although, I'm not sure if these PR seeds are still viable, I had 6 seeds that didn't sprout, so I'm germming another 4 right now. I have found that I can plant as late as July 1st, and still see plants produce multiple ounces of cannabis by mid-late September.

Anyway, here's a teaser for the next update that I'll post when the Sun's angles are just right.

OK guys and gals here is our Weekly Update Not the most amazing shots in the world, but I am happy with things. I test sprayed some SNS-311 SNS 311 All Natural Surface Wash | Sierra Natural Science for phytotoxicity on two of the smaller KC-45s, seems to work good! I also test sprayed a little bit of the SNS-244 SNS 244 Fungicide Spray | Sierra Natural Science on a small branch of a different plant and it had no ill effects. I then cleaned them up and sprayed the tops with SNS-604A as the tops swayed in the wind yesterday. Still working on getting some nitrogen from the D&S #2 to the two little plants I tested the 311,and 244 on. New babies are doing well, still nurturing a couple of tender seedlings that aren't even worth showing yet. I noticed there has been something chewing on my leaves, it might be a katydid, I inspected very thoroughly and did not find anything. Although, the tropical katydids are a bit carnivorous and will actually eat small eggs and stuff sometimes, so they are partially beneficial. That's all for now folks, I might not be very active this weekend as there has been an issue with my cat and I have some things planned, so forgive me if I'm not around everyones journal for a few days. I'll catch up.

Yeah, things went ideally and we got it taken care of, Fang had to get two urinary catheterizations so he's been through a lot in the last two days. Finally back home from the Vet and enjoying the peace and quiet of the backyard. He's very humbled.

Just wanted to confirm that I had my first bowl of Blackberry tonight, there were a few really small nugs that, with after a day of drying, and 2 hours on the EQ at 95 C became perfectly dry enough to grind up and vaporize at 195 C. The first couple hits were incredible, and then it got better. At first it tasted like fruity hashy, and then it became clear that it tastes like mature chocolate rasberrys with major fruit over tones. The taste stays on your mouth. The high is heavy and deep. There was also longevity in the bowl, the bowl lasted around 10 big puffs. Usually with a lot of my cured buds, I get about 3-4 really good hits and the bowl is cashed. That's what I love about fresh buds, there is a flavor that is so beautiful to capture, since it won't exist when the flavors change. I know it's a little premature for a report, but damn I'm excited and happy about the quality and taste of these flowers.
