+Reps for making me smile BAR :)

Don't mind me Lester, had to come back to make sure I wasn't seeing things! Now, we have to get another 420 Contest going. "Trich of the Month". Man, that is a thing of beauty and a "Trophy of a Picture".

:thedoubletake:
Haha, I'm hoping I can get some better pictures once I get my other loupe, super neat. Never seen anything like it. :Namaste:

Well - that got my ass over here, and the trip was worth it! :green_heart:

Trend of the future? Hmmm...I think I'll smoke this trich now and save that one for the weekend....

Sorry I didn't get to this earlier, yesterday was ugly weather in the high 60s with lots of clouds with scattered sun, today is the same, but the plants are still loving it! Maybe, just maybe I can get these darned autoflowers to actually flower without me having to worry about reveg lol

Good morning Lester, Spring time is definitely here! Yes, Yes, Yes! :yahoo: Next 5 days are supposed to be gorgeous. Happy gardening my friend & enjoy your day! :Namaste:
Great Morning to you SABO, hoping for clear and Sunny skies for all with a nice breeze :surf:. Good Day to you. :thumb:

Gratz Brotha now if we can have whole plants with resin like that

Yeah brother, it must have been those 2 weeks of real hot sun and UV and I had would turn the pot as the sun moved through the day so the angle came right in on those flowers as the cola bent in the opposite direction. She just wanted to protect her tender little tissues :Namaste: And I am realllly impressed with the airy pheno, this is not hash bin stuff anymore. :circle-of-love:

This morning I decided to wake up and vaporize the "airy phenotype" of the KC-45, as it was just dry enough to grind, after letting the herbs heat up for 1-3 minutes I took the first puff. All I can say is Wow. Not only did it hit strong like I wanted, the taste was smooth flavored with mature earth undertones, with overtones of spicy lemon. And it is really only going to get better and better as they are able to dry and cure properly. I have not had a high like this in a long while, I love strains like this that motivate me, and make me think differently about the world, and other worlds. As well as makes me hungry. Not only for food, but for more information. I have yet to try the compact pheno, the nugs have larger internal stems and are taking longer to dry, now that my sample was successful I know that my flowers are medicinally psychoactive for my suite, but there is still lots of actual tightening up and structural progress to be made on the plants. I'll post my thoughts on the compact pheno sample when its good enough to grind one up. :allgood: A couple more thoughts on the flowers I vaporized are that it is really an intricate sativa, that only real sativa lovers would like, it's got a hint of "funk" to it, but there's surely a potent kick. It is interesting how although the plant is very HARDY in daily life (dealing with low light, rain, and wind very well), the flowers come in very delicate and magical. Even before these plants started flowering I could feel the resin on their stems, and the aroma comes off very pungently. It is also quite clear as I predicted that the airy phenotype is infact the purplized phenotype, lots of completely purple calyxes are beginning to stack and crystallize together, closing some of those "airy gaps" in the cola. The majority of the crop for the airy pheno is maturing together, whereas the compact pheno has flowers with much different flowering rates and times. So for the compact pheno I will likely "pick what I want, when I want", and for the airy, when I feel things are adequate enough structurally a large portion of flowers will come down. Just some thoughts for the 'ol journal. :Namaste:

Hello to you RL and it sounds like the time and efforts have happy dividends. My sisters friends out in SW Colorado, very near Utah border has a thing for sativa`s. I understand the funk you mentioned plus he has a silver haze//lemon haze(??) Anyhow it has such a lemony-lime "rind" taste it is freaky. Vaporized it mellows but in a one-tooter, it almost stings the tip of your tongue. He said the dryness and cool nights contribute and the leaves are almost needle thin and grow as slow as cactus!! Just stopping by and wishing you and yours a Happy Easter and ultimate 420 marathon...keep`er green...Peace.....

Lester 4 :thumb: trichs, goose egg 2014 Moth scoreboard.

Only good thing about this, all those fluxers are in your yard NOT mine:rofl::rofl:

You earned this one Les, good luck sucking this down, all hash, try not to cough :bigtoke:

another:thumb: for that sandal & a :rip: for the 4 poor bastards, that flew into the wrong yard, to meet a shoe.

would you like us to use latin names for moth reference here? i'd like to learn them, instead of calling them by color, please share the propper names of the 2 moths that me your sandal this week, no, just the today moth, name please, I hate those post # replies i get here, lol, seriously though, was todays moth the same as the 1st shoe kill?

thank you (i don't like memorizing latin names, so many syllables, reminds me of HS chem/biology class)

EDIT: my bad, after re-read, unknown, is making me a bit disappointed, only 1 deduction, 3 to 1 pending, proper name before points awarded.

:yahoo: The Quickest Sandals in the West strike again! :yahoo: Good Ole Lester out on Moth Patrol, I can tell that moth had no chance whatsoever, never even knew what hit him. Look at that little bugger, died so quick, he couldn't even close his eyes. Man Lester, you pulled a Rambo on him!

:rip: Moth :rip:

Turns out even though it looked like a moth its more considered as a butterfly. Usually I don't kill the butterflies, but I wasn't going to let this one get away. Either way, nobody wants these things laying worms in your medicinal herbs :thumb:
Apparently it is from the family Hesperiidae, and is also known as a skipper. Skipper (butterfly) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In my opinion, your use of "Deadly Force" was justified. No need for them to be laying worms in your beautiful garden.

Aloha Brotha that bud looks like it got some color to it :thumb:
Happy Shatterday :high-five:

Good morning Lester..

Been up since 3:30 for Harvest...made the first cut of the top cola at 4:20...

Best and Blessed!!

:)

Congrats to Rooster!!! :bravo: You look very proud. You came out on top :adore:. Those are some top shelf herbs right there :Namaste: I know what that much trimming is like, becomes completely mesmerizing for one person to do, luckily you should have help from your girl :) Congrats again, and I'm excited to see your winter grow and also see you grow again next year! Aloha Brotha from South Africa! :passitleft:

Happy Shatterday :high-five:

Mahalo! Yes, it definitely has a lot of fall colors and purple undersides of the leaves and calyxes. There should be some good pictures I should be able to get when I cut the main cola off. I think I am going to wake and bake with the compact pheno today so I'm sure I'll post my thoughts on it afterwords :ganjamon:

Good Morning to All and I hope everyone has a fantastic day on Mother Earth!

How's it going Lester? :Namaste: Enjoying a fine spring day here! Ladies are outside, they love it. I did cut a small bud off for tomorrow, it's 4/20 and I'd like to take a small sample for quality control purposes. :yummy:

I'll stop by later and see if you bag any more trophies in your garden! Keep a vigilant eye partner and aim true!

:peace:
