check fluid levels, make sure oil isnt milky, them things are known for blown heads.

Yeah oil was empty.. I'm getting a service on Friday.. car like had flat spots a couple times on freeway, pulled into servo, no oil, 6000 past service.. all lights come on.. stick oil in, drive a bit, flat spot in exalleration, light comes on, couple more flat spots next 5km then perfect rest of the way home, I just didn't go over70km, as suggested in manual..

Should be all good mate, might get a little lifter noise but should quieten down after the proper service if you drove it home without oil that would be a different story
