Hey grizz, what is your boiling water harvest process again? Volume, frequency etc

I pull plant from pot, knock all soil out, put some perlite bottom of a smaller pot, put roots in, cover with perlite,pressing down to keep the plant upright, boil kettle and pour over/around perlite until run off, back under lights for next two-four days, until ready for harvest..
