Reave's Soilless: Peat, Bark, Sphagnum, Perlite, White Widow 2018

Not sure how your hunt for neem oil is going but as a fellow Canadian this is what i have been using. The smaller one I was able to pick up from a heath food store locally at $14 its pricey. The other i got on "the river" for less than half the price. I think the smaller one was better quality (much thicker when room temp) but the bigger one seems to be working I think it was @InTheShed that said be careful spraying in flower i will strongly advise you to heed that warning. If you check out Post #105 of my completed journal you will see why. Best of luck with your grow.

Thanks for the input. I went the iso method for now. I did find a place to get Neem but it was very expensive to ship. I live in a small town and finding even normal things is hard. Stuff is very seasonal. I'm thinking of getting some buddies together and getting a supply in bulk.

Thankfully my plants are all early veg so I hope to be rid of this issue long before flower.

group buy sounds like a great idea hope you can get yourselves some good deals.
Depending where in Canuckistan you live thrips will be an ongoing issue. I'm in the bread basket so i'm constantly watching and spraying:(. Even if i don't see any i start a spraying program a week before i flower up till the third week of 12/12. That first experience was really disappointing.

I live just to the west of you. I will keep that in mind.

Glad to hear things went well so far! Give them a few more sprays over the next few weeks. Nothing worse than having to start the whole process over;)

ISO is my go to now! Neem has only ever worked half par for me so I don’t miss it at all. It stinks like shit and it’s expensive!

I had a bit of an issue with the iso. I thought I was ventilated enough but I ended up feeling sick. I bought a respirator with the organic vapour filters now though so should be good.

Oh yes! Always wear a mask when spraying anything or if you use DE. Don’t want to inhale anything!
You can get cool masks on amazon;)

While Pickle Rick is definitely Awesome I am SHOCKED and somewhat disappointed It`s not a Roughrider toque:p.

No sign of bugs. Checked over the leafs and stems this morning with a 30x jewelers loop. No new damage.
Some of the seedlings were having a bad time but seem to be recovering.
The clones and the larger white widow are looking good. They were dry right to the bottom so they got fed this morning. They were very light and dry but still were not wilting.
Pics, we need pics! Nice work on the bugs...stay on it like newty says. Basically anything newty says!
Will you spray again in a few days?
Yes he will!
be careful spraying in flower
Don't just be careful, just don't do it once you see pistils!

Neem is cheap in the states and I don't mind the smell but I spray outside. It works for me through veg.
