Yes over nuting can cause a drastic changes especially when a lock out has happened and the plant is know long taking up those nutes. So and less they are taken up by the plant or washed away they will remain.

Yes run off should be 5 less at most than nute solution

flushing soil with water adjusted to 6.5 PH
