Rang3rDang3r's First Grow Ever

So after spraying for the mites the other day I removed the more severely damaged leaves from the mites and mildew ...

two leaves from this one...we will call her Lola from now on :-P ... one was covered in mite marks and I belive pm and the other was just some pm

and 2 leaves of this one for the same reasons ...we will call her Nikita ... she's gonna be an experiment as I started her on some AN additives gonna see if it makes a difference ... they were free samples from the hydro store ... so hey why not hahahaha

So today was transplant day !! I first rinsed all the perlite which was disgusting. ...so much dust/paste ...glad I rinsed it ! After filling the buckets with perlite I then filled the solo cups with water to help with the transplanting ...flipped them over into my hand and gently put each little one into their new forever home ...a 10 liter bucket !!

They loook really happy! I bet they'll love stretching out in those new pots!

sorry about the lack of updates guys ! 2 sick kids at the same time required alot of time hahaha ...BUT AT LAST !! An update !!!!

so went to the local C.T. and found this atv cargo net with hooks ...its alittle stretchy and the holes are about 4 inches ...thought I could use it as my scrog net ...looks like it should work ! !
if not I'll build a proper one :-P

Keep takin care of those kiddos! .

They look happy Ranger! That net will work as a support,not exactly a scrog, but it's a start!

Hope things are on the upswing for ya with the rug rats

ScrogDawg and Scoooter-if you find both of their journals they will school you on scrogs better than I ever could lol Swagnifficent has a pretty dope one too actually! I'm not a scrog guy myself, not yet anyways .

I've been checking ph and it's always been at about 6.3 or so ...the nutes are ph perfect or something like that ... I'm not giving cal mag...AN says not to with sensi grow a+b... even with r.o. water which I am using as I get it for free... although I do think it's a cal mag issue
 
Me 2 thats wat it look like n thanks man.... I was thinkin of growin in perlite my next grow cuz im tired n need a break on the hole hydro thing is it challenging other then the lil dif u have there
