Radogast's First Indoor Seed Grow - In Search of Mothers

Congrats Rado!! And now you've made it through a whole grow!! :bravo::circle-of-love: and quite splendidly if I do say so myself :P - certainly put my first grow to shame! (although that's setting the bar pretty low LOL)

I'm sure I'll continue to enjoy watching your growth, along with your growing ;)
 
White Widow Bellatrix, 4 days into her vampire "hang like a bat" diet :)


Bellatrix has lost over half her water weight.
Her buds still have size :)

I've been following your grow and drama. I wish you more grow and less drama.
Considering the mess created by your dad, good thing you are in a state with legal growing.

I bent three hanging branches last night. 2 of 3 branches made cracking noises.
Tonight or tomorrow should be the final weigh-in before I turn these over to the family for smoking and curing.

I started out with best of intentions to photograph the weigh-in.

I picked up the first dried stem and contemplated how much stem to remove.

Before I knew it, I had loaded the bowl with combined buds and popcorn, lost tare on the scale, unloaded buds, set tare, weighed again, 69.8g, unloaded again, and jarred.

When the dust had settled, these two nugs competed for Top Nug.

Less than expected, plenty happy with the grow.

2.0 oz half cloudy trichomes : Caramelicious Sassy
2.5 oz cloudy trichomes with amber after drying - Best Body Buzz : Caramelicious Quiffa
2.5 oz cloudy trichomes - Energetic Head High : White Widow Denise
2.5 oz long flower, many amber trichomes : White Widow Bellatrix

Very nice!

1200 watts of light
9.5 ounces dry
That's 270 grams

So for every watt of light you applied during flowering you produced 0.225 grams.

What was your expectation going in? That 'aint too shabby for a first time indoor grow. I wish I had measured mine properly, but it was CFL based.

My expectation going in was 1-2 oz per plant. I blew away my expectations for the grow. :woohoo::woohoo:

The 4th and final plant was slightly below expectation - I was expecting 3-3.5 because she looked like she was producing so much more at the end.

I really over the moon on this whole first grow experience...
