Transplant day! 2 weeks and a day from seed and they went into 8" pots today. Look about ready for them too.
It's a bit crammed in there. They may have to be moved somewhere more spacious.
New light setup. There was some curtain rod lying around which was cut to length. 2 cheap extension cords were taped to it and another plug socket with y-connector was added. We'll see how the fan handles the extra heat.
Maybe this could make a good grow box? 32" wide, 36"high, 16" deep.
Some nutes were also purchased. Miracle-gro all purpose 24-8-16. The plants will receive their first dose in a couple days, at quarter strength. pH test strips and some pH regulator are on the shopping list. The LST and FIMing will also start in a few.
As you can see, it's much more leggy and open, and a little taller than the rest. It seems healthy otherwise.
Do you think it's an entirely different strain, or just the runt of the litter?
They've exploded since they were transplanted and fed, so they got FIMed yesterday. They were moved into the floor of a closet, which seems to have taken care of temperature and humidity issues.
Here are the FIMmings
It seems there is either a different strain or wildly different pheno in the mix, compare the same plants from earlier, now a few days older:
They will be LSTed as soon as some pipe cleaner can be procured.
The plan is to start flowering mid-february due to time constraints, as it would be preferable to have nice ripe buds for the picking rather than have them unready by the time they must be harvested.
Looking good! I have some NL about a month ahead of yours, I just flipped to flower last week. I can tell you that they do take topping and training well. subbed.
