re: QT's Second Grow - 1st Journal
Hey Queen, I'm just thinking that the spots I see resemble a common Cal/Mag deficiency. A cal/mag def. can often be caused by pa PH imballance, but that doesn't mean that yours is for that reason.
Since you say that you just transplanted, maybe you'll see an improvement if you wait. The flush, if at some point you decide one is needed, should be done in a sink (like the kitchen) or bath tub. The amount of water will not kill your plants. The only time water becomes too much for your plants is when you water, and then the very next day or two, you water again, and before the soil has a chance to dry you do it again and again. OR, if you dont have signifigant drainage in your pots and you add too much water repetedly. The water CAN drown your plants if you dont let it drain and give it enough time to dry out.
Anyway, if you just transplanted, give them a week to see if the spots continue to work their way to the other, currently unaffected leaves.
If you start to see new, HEALTHY growth, then the problem may have resolved itself.
One thing to remember....Don't OVERLOVE your plants. I know its hard not to worry, but the more you stress over them, the more they will stress...I also know that sounds crazy, but trust me on this. Don't feel like you HAVE to be concerned with every little thing, its just a weed
It will survive, if you let it. Plants usually die from people "trying too hard". If it looks thirsty, give it some water. If it looks hungry, feed it A LITTLE till you know its needs, at which point you can bump the nutes up. (if you are unfamiliar with the plants growth habbits and needs, there is a wealth of information here, and elsewhere on the net about what they need...Here would be a good place to start
