I'll let it wander between 5.8-6.5. Remember you're not looking for a specific number but a range of numbers. Different nutrients are taken up at different ph levels. So letting your ph wander a bit will allow the plant a little of everything.

Yes, there's only a couple of immobile nutrients that are taken up below 6.0 or so but have to let it dip from time to time.

Usually when I plant seeds or transplant I'll use great white. Never saw an advantage in coco with bottled nutes.
