That's so cool!! I'm currently in principle of meat science and we have three other meat classes including meat livestock evaluation and meat products.
 
LOL as long as he isn't high when he is cutting, he should be good! Makes me shudder through, I have had a couple close calls in my younger years butchering game.
 
I still have all ten fingers, I tell people I know where my fingers are so make sure you know where yours are because I'm going out with all ten of mine. Lol
