I was told the same from a friend of mine and he said all he does is add 1 cap of peroxide to his res about once a week. His plant is great in shape and really healthy, so I'm not sure if maybe you wanted to try that or not but thought it may help. We both think he got some older bottles as well.Hey pw! Talk to me about your recirc set up. Very interested. I was worried about maybe disease spreading but wonder if z7 would help with that issues. A lot people run recirc anyways and don't seem to have issues. Will save a lot on nutes.
On a side note my AN always seems to bloom algae no matter how I'm growing. I've narrowed it down to the AN. Have you had this issue in your rez? I think I maybe Ibought an old bottle? I'm about to toss it
Hey what's up nice to meet everyone. My two vanilla couldn't be any happier

I heard through the grape vine that mammoth is better then great white in a recirculation setup. From what I've heard and seen it is betterBad thing about peroxide is it breaks down quickly, it works a charm just not for long. A couple of us have had problems with Great White in a recirculating setup. I got 2 sample bottles of Mammoth P and have tarantula plus pirhana so ill give those a try this go round.
Hey what's up nice to meet everyone.
How are you tying them down using your bucket lid?????!!?!?! I can't for the love of figure out how to lst . Because obviously we have to lift the lid in order to change the Rez and top off.

It's definitely better I have used both great white isn't bad but Mammoth p is AMAZING RESULTS, just make sure you add phosphorus and potassium for uptakeThats what im hoping for here. .
Hopefully a dwc guy will pop on soon with an answer.

The runoff from my flood table just runs back into the rez. My PH and nutrient EC were the most stable for any grow ive done so far. I use hydrogen peroxide every rez change but dont know how much good it does. Great white will cause gunk to form in the bottom of the rez but havent noticed the AN causing any algae issues yet. Im going to get a bottle of z7 and see how that works. 4 new seeds popped open and are in solo cups of coco. So hopefully will be above ground in a day or so.

I do the same thing for lst in dwc I either use yo-yos or plant ties(soft) for tieing and bending, I'll slide it under my top lid on the lip and it will hold for 24hours then redo it, I have to check pH daily anyway so a couple mins of tieing no biggie for me but I love plant trainingWe use garden tie and hook it under the lip on the actual bucket and just undo it to change water and hook em back down after bit have seen people use the 3m stick on hanging hooks around the top of lid and tie off to that. We will prob do that getting tired of hooking and unhooking lol
Hey man I really appreciate it. These bottles are pretty new and always had this problem so I'm calling AN to figure a solution. Kinda sad about that. I wonder if it affected my yield. Def had a lot of slime last grown. I use z7 and it takes the place of hydrogen peroxide. Peroxide will kill any beneficials you put in.
I love it. I think I want to invest in a 4x4 table! I've learned not to use great white when I did my first water fill up for the aero clones. Big mistake! Slime! Never again will I use great white in hydro. Only top feed.
hey man pw mammoth p is super expensive stuff. It's all beneficials and if you are using that with hydrogen peroxide you just wasting money as all the mammoth p bacteria will be killed off by the hydrogen peroxide. Z7 takes the place of peroxide, it is expensive compared to peroxide but is just enzymes. So won't hurt your mammoth P. Hope you like it as much as I do.
Damn! I have to call AN for sure. I got bad nutes!! I think you'll be happy with z7 even with all the slime my plants are growing fantastic! Just have to keep adding it every 3-4 days...
Man I ordered a sample bottle still haven't gotten it! Will have to try again. Did you have to get it sent to a hydro shop?!? I filled out the form but used my address
Great white = not for hydro lol!
Your tarantula, piranha, and mammoth will be killed off by hydrogen peroxide!
I can't wait to try mammoth p!!
