Ok the new raddwc is holding water and pumping. Ive got dewey's hooked up so ill give it 24 hours to proof it then the First 48 will be going into there new home. Still need to add airstones and setup a timer.

Well this is VERY exciting!!! .

I still have to put a permanent base under the buckets to elevate it slightly above the pump. I'll use a shop vac to do my res changes.

I like the sheer simplicity of the Dewey's. Thinking a person could mix the normal nutes, then add a tea bag of good soil. A person could do it a couple days before a res change. If a persons res can be completely emptied. Just thinking out loud here PW.
