Hey PW, your ladies look phenomenal. I'm going to start my next grow in coco instead of ffof soil. I have the GH trio, CalMag and Mad farmer silica. Should I add the z7 to my arsenal? Also wondering if I should add an airstone to my res. Hydro is so new to me so any advice would be great.

Not really sure if i would spend the money on Z7 for a coco grow unless you are top feeding from a rez or ebb & flow. I always use airstones with a rez it not only adds a little oxygen but it keeps nutes mixed up for you. Dont let hydro intimidate you, its fairly simple really. Watch PH and PPM along with water lvl in the rez and keep rez temp as low as possible. Save this table where you can find it.

With hydro your biggest enemy is heat which i think you already know.

What temp range should your res be? I'm assuming around room temp? 70-75

Closer to high 60's would be much better, you dont want bad bacteria growing in the rez. Thats what z7 does is feeds on the bad stuff.
