Yes almost week 5, LA recommended right at the half way point. Your flowers will initially grow up length wise but you'll notice that growth slow down around the half way point. Thats when you want to snip.

2-3 pistils and just a small bit of green. You just want her to think the apical bud tip is damaged and she'll start sending hormones to other parts of the flower.
