Well found out at least some of the pheno's are purp's!
This pheno here in this progression of shots starting on the sixth, light green just as she has been since she was just a youngster.

Then on the 8th I began seeing this. The purple hue!

Today I saw a leaf half turned over. This is after I removed her from the plant.

When I flipped her over to my surprise!

So this got me to looking at the other plants and I found this on only one branch of one plant. The other buds look like they are about to turn also. They are all purple on the bottom of the leaves also.

Just thought this was kind of cool and very unexpected. Maybe lower the temps in the tent with light off toe push them along a bit.

My wife saw me using her craft lamp and broke down a little and ordered this for me.
Who knows no name but what ever.

I'd like to see how that light works... I was looking at a similar one on zon for my gf's 2.5ft stick that shes playing with under a low powered bulb lol and glad you can get the little girl somewhere warm now.

Have confidence in your grow and light...worrying never works, take action on an issue if it concerns you. I believe and trust that "the incident" will not be allowed a repeat performance - that it was a one-time "bad luck" scenario.

Makes me hesitant to "test" equipment and materials.

Maybe a thread should be opened to strategize on the proper way to "pre-test" equipment/materials before putting it into operation. "Put the dog through it's paces before implementation.".

A great day today here - 3-inches of snow and "at-freezing" temps - mild winter. Thanks, @Bill284 . Hope you are well today too?

My 420 gals are calling my name even as I post. I had to use the "lawnmower technique" on my advanced veg tent 420 and some seedlings yesterday. Whacked about 2-4-inches in tops. Broke my heart - I have a backup in the flower tent since the NL's are going on 10 weeks at this point. Thought I would have harvested them by now (seed advertisement claimed 6-to-8-weeks flowering time) . Other odd things too...

I got a weird thing going though...I originally purchased Northern Lights feminized seeds and some are in the flowering tent now, as you know. I cloned a few of those flowering NL's, discarded a couple of clones that came from one of the NL that had hermied during flower and kept the last couple. However, I have encountered a phenomenon lately that I have little info on...maybe you can opine an answer.

Both times I have grown the NL's in veg (1st from seed, second from clone) they seem to want to exhibit flowering behavior about 4-weeks into the 18/6 light cycle for no apparent reason. I did not order "autos". I bought feminized seeds.

Other 420 strains in the veg tents and other clone strains have not exhibited this behavior, even though they are grown together with the NL's. Correspondingly, I do not believe it is related to the tent environment conditions.

What I see is distinct and obvious flowering - tiny numerous growing buds - in a 18/6 light cycle - exclusive to that strain only.

Weird, huh?

Ideas?

I know they typically show sex at that point.
Maby that pheno just takes it one step further.
Instead of just showing sex maby they kick out a couple buds just to put a exclamation point on it.
I wonder if anyone else has any experience with this phenomenon?

I am not particularly happy with the way my Northern Lights grew-up and flowered, really. I am only going to keep a couple of clones of the NL for possible future Mothering. I found a much higher degree of satisfaction watching the Fruity Pebbles phenos develop. Stark diffs.
