I use potting soil and then later got pasteurized dirt from farm down rd I used bone meal blood meal and coffee grounds banana peels and eggs shells plus neem oil for pest they grew so well but smoke was trash I went back and looked over my photos again today and I feel like I just wait to to you long to harvest you can see the stages and by the end they were brown and hard looking

The trichomes in your pics are hard to make out.
But white pistols aren't. I don't see signs of waiting too long to harvest.
Your in NY right so you should have had a better fall than me.
I harvested late due to weather. WHEN?? exactly did you chop her?
Did you dry and cure properly?
