I've had my building on the go for quite awhile and pretty well have it figured out. Automation is amazing stuff but i'm hands on. Just getting a temp, humidity, and co2 graph on my pad has been really helpful for showing me where my problem spots are at. I'm sure it will all fall into place!

I haven’t heard anything about Porsche but Ford will be driving a hybrid Mustang. I think it’s all about to go hybrid n then prolly electric ️. CL

Our TV crapped out and I missed the last half of the season.
I'll have to get it going before the season starts.

Glad you get moonshine where you are Bill. Over here in my neck of the woods, they won't let high strength alcohol be sold to the public. I need to get to know someone with a still, could help one another out.

I have a 26er of Everclear from Alberta. 90 proof.
But my buddy has a friend.
He gave me the better part of a gallon jug of moonshine he had collecting dust.
He said it was memory loss in a bottle.
So he won't drink it .
I'm fed up buying rso so I better get moving.
Always seems like something more important needs done.
Hopefully life gets back to normal soon.

You send in an email, telling them why you want it (making limoncello is a good one). Most get approved, but it's the government so they have to refuse a certain percentage to make it look like their job is necessary.
Making tinctures is also on their list of approved reasons to get it, although you may not want to tell them what you're making the tincture from.

I found the address on the LCBO website. I can't remember how, but I'll try to find it today.
You print out the letter when it's emailed to you, and you bring it into the store with you.
What they sell is 95%, and is distilled by Kittling Ridge. It's not ridiculously expensive either, if I remember correctly.
