Purple Petioles? Uneven Growth?

Hello,
I will try and make this as brief as possible.

-The plant is approximately 3 1/2 weeks old.

-Growing in a one gallon smart pot. (I am transplanting them in a 5 gallon soon)

- 18 hours of light.

- A slightly lower dose of Fox Farm Big Bloom and Grow Big at the moment than recommend.

-Soil Mixture = Happy frog, perlite, peat moss, coco, earthworm casting.

-Was topped about 1 week ago.

-Grown under one 300W and one 600W LED light.

-PH was between 5.8 and 6.5 the last few times I watered.

My main concerns are...

- The purple petioles

-Uneven growth and curling

Another corcern is 4 finger leaves, however I am hoping it is just shock from topping.

Has anybody ever experience any of these phenomenons?
I would like your opinion.
